On October 30th and 31st 2021, the International Summit Forum on Social Security Frontier Issues 2021 was hosted and held on Songjiang Campus of SUES. The online meeting was in the form of Virtual Conference via Tencent Meeting simultaneously.
During the two-day conference, experts and scholars from 5 countries, including US, Austrlia, Swenden, Korea and China had extensive and in-depth exchanges on hot topics in the field of social security. In the section of keynote speech, 11 experts, including Prof. Bingqin Lin from University of New South Wales(Australia), Prof. Liming Cai from Merican Health Care Service Center(US), Prof. Ebba Sundin from University of hamstad(Sweden), Prof. Jungwon Yeo from University of Central Florida(US), and Prof. Eric Bouteiller from China Europe International Business School, etc gave wonderful talks on frontier topics on social security, with more than 200 audience attending the online meeting.
The Forum focused on International hotspot issues on social security such as elderly care, medical ensurance, CMS regarding to COVID-19 and others. The Forum built an effective platform for scholarly exchange and cooperation between domestic and foreign experts and scholars, and also provided a channel for the young scholars from home and abroad who are interested to know more about SUES. During the conference, more than 300 core teachers, young teachers, postgraduates from the School of Management of SUES participated in the online international meeting.
