The School of Management has built 8 provincial and ministerial scientific research platforms. The school has successively 70 more national projects，for instance  major breakthrough of philosophy and society of the Ministry of education, major national soft science plan and key projects of the National Social Science Foundation; more than 300 provincial and ministerial level topics have been approved, such as Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education,  Major of Philosophy and Society of Shanghai,  Focus of Soft Science of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Project,  Decision-making and Consultation Project. scientific research achievements have won 30 more Provincial and Ministerial Scientific Research Achievements Awards, Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievement Award, etc.

In the past 5 years,  total scientific research expenditure has exceeded 50 million Yuan, more than 1200 papers in core journals have been published, including 300 more high-level papers in SCI, SSCI and CSSCI, 95 academic monographs.
